Q. How do I properly wash a bed I have purchased?

A. Our products are wash and dryer friendly to eliminate pet odors and excess hair quickly and easily. Please note, it is extremely important that the bed is dried fully in the drying machine after washing. Do not leave the bed to air dry, as this will lead to tangling and napping of the fur. If you need more help please let us know, and we will be happy to help you.

Q. What Is Your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy?

A. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, don't worry, this can be done within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Just contact us and let us know you would like to cancel. To assist us with processing your request, please provide your full name and order number. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours have passed.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. I provided the incorrect shipping details, what do I do?

A. Please contact us ASAP if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to make any changes once your package has been shipped. Should your parcel be returned to the sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee. However, if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-20 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. It will take usually up to 3 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Q. I received a defective product, what do I do?

A. If you received a defective product, please email us with your order # and photos of the defects. We will arrange for a replacement bed immediately after confirming the defects.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. Our company's headquarters are located in the USA, while our warehouses and vendors are scattered across China, USA and Europe.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process most orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, most checkouts will be processed using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. You will also receive a custom tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
